Sheepherder’s Dip

You’ll like it, dude!

1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened

1 cup sour cream

1 cup grated cheddar cheese

1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

1 (2.5-ounce) package smoked, sliced, pressed beef (lunch meat), chopped

1 cup chopped onion

3 tablespoons butter

1 sheepherder or round loaf bread

Crackers

In a bowl, blend together cream cheese and sour cream. Stir in cheddar cheese, Worcestershire sauce, and smoked beef. In a separate, microwave-­safe bowl, combine onions and butter; microwave on high power for 3 minutes. Stir into other ingredients. Cut off top of bread. Scoop out bread. Place mixture in hollowed bread and bake at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes. Serve with bread pieces and crackers.
